The fabric is very good, but it is too thin, it would be better if it is thicker.
Looks fluffy in the photo but it is thin. My son loves to be wrapped in and a blanket on top, perfect for those early morning school drop offs or when we are at ball games.

Great idea in theory, but I’d like to see this blanket a little longer and wider
This minky wrap is really a quite perfect solution to keeping you baby warm in their seat without the bulk of a jacket. Safety rules say bulky jackets are not safe for infants in car seats, as they position the straps in ineffective ways. You child needs lightweight insulation when in a seat, and this is a nice solution.Minky is so soft to the touch, so baby will probably be OK with it on their skin. I don't know anyone that doesn't like minky. The reverse (printed) side is a little coarser, but still soft enough to be comfortable. Minky, being a fabric a little like fleece, will insulate almost as well as fleece or other bulkier fabrics at a fraction of the bulk, making it great for transitions in cooler air.This will wash through hot cycles just fine. The minky does not lose its texture and the print side gets softer with each wash. Has holes cut into the blanket for seat straps, and the holes are border stitched so they won't tear with use.A great gift for baby showers or whatever.
